I haven’t been feeling well for the past few days, but I was on the server schedule as MC, and no one offered to fill in when I requested a sub.

I should have had faith that everything would work out without me.

One of the MCs in training offered to fill in as MC, which he did during the benediction. Then two actual MCs showed up just before Mass, one of whom took it from there.

Bottom line, I was able to go home and rest.
